Brian C. Moss
Brian Moss is a personal trainer and boxing coach dedicated to helping others discover confidence, discipline, and strength through movement.
He earned his degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina, where he also competed as a collegiate boxer — an experience that shaped both his coaching philosophy and commitment to athletic excellence.

Over the past year, Brian has coached led 6 boxers to an amateur championship title and led his daughter’s flag football team to a league championship.
He also achieved two first-place titles in natural bodybuilding, continuing to lead by example in his own athletic pursuits.

Beyond technical coaching, Brian is known for the mentorship he provides. He volunteers with the Alpha Leadership Development Initiative and serves as a steady guide for many of his athletes, emphasizing character, resilience, and personal growth.

Brian’s greatest motivation comes from home. He gives heartfelt thanks to his wife, Milliche, and their three daughters, Holli, Imani, and Lilli whose love, support, and inspiration fuel everything he does.
